This policy explains how the mobile application Neon Cities: Lost Memories (com.lilacrepo.neoncities, "the app") handles personal information. It applies to the app only.
The app is operated by Lilac Repo ("we"). We do not run a server for the app and the app has no user accounts.
The app itself does not ask you for any information. Google SDKs embedded in the app — Google AdMob for advertising and Google Analytics for Firebase for usage statistics — collect the following automatically.
Statistics are aggregated. We see how many players do something, not who did it. We do not receive your advertising ID or your app instance identifier.
The app contains no crash-reporting SDK. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts or photos, and we do not collect the content of your games — no card, hand or move ever leaves your device. The app never reads your device’s location; the approximate location above is inferred from your IP address.
Usage statistics can be switched off at any time under Settings > Privacy > Share usage statistics. Switching them off stops collection immediately, deletes the statistics data held on your device and resets the app instance identifier. Where consent is required by law, the switch stays off until you turn it on (section 8).
The following is kept in the app’s local storage and is not transmitted: interface language, default security level, the reduce-motion switch, and your choice for the usage-statistics switch.
Uninstalling the app deletes this data. Android’s system backup is enabled, so your device may copy it to your Google account and restore it on a new device; that transfer occurs between you and Google.
The fonts and images the app displays are bundled inside the app. It does not fetch them from any content delivery network, so no request goes out for them.
We do not sell personal information. The information in section 2 is processed by Google LLC as our service provider through the SDKs listed above, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and, for advertising, "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). Usage statistics are processed under the Google Analytics for Firebase terms (firebase.google.com/terms/analytics).
We may disclose information where required by law.
Google may process this information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy documentation.
We do not maintain our own database of user information. Data collected through Google services is retained according to Google’s published retention periods and the retention setting configured in the relevant Google console. Device-stored data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app; turning off usage statistics deletes the statistics data held on your device.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability. Requests may be sent to neoncities@lilacrepo.com.
On iOS the app asks, when first opened, whether it may track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised, and the game is unaffected. You can change the answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
You may also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings at any time (Android: Settings → Google → Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Usage statistics are turned off in the app under Settings > Privacy > Share usage statistics.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Providing an advertising ID to an ad provider for personalised advertising may be treated as "sharing" or "selling" personal information under certain US state laws.
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not receive money for personal information. To opt out, disable ad personalisation in your device settings, turn off Settings > Privacy > Share usage statistics in the app, or contact us at the address in section 13.
The app is not directed to children. The target age group declared on Google Play is 13 and over, and the ads and analytics SDKs are configured accordingly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will act on it.
The app declares two permissions: internet access, used to send ads and usage statistics, and vibration, used for the haptic feedback you can switch off under Settings > Sound & Vibration. Google’s advertising and analytics libraries add further install-time permissions during the build, including network state, advertising ID, the Android ad-services permissions, and permission to read the Play Store install referrer. None of these require your approval at runtime and none provide access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone or your device’s location.
If what we collect or transmit changes, this page is updated first, the effective date below changes with it, and the change is noted in the app’s release notes.

앱은 Lilac Repo(이하 "회사")가 운영합니다. 앱을 위한 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 앱에는 회원 계정이 없습니다.
앱이 이용자에게 직접 입력을 요구하는 정보는 없습니다. 앱에 포함된 구글의 SDK — 광고를 위한 Google AdMob, 사용 통계를 위한 Google Analytics for Firebase — 가 다음을 자동으로 수집합니다.
통계는 집계된 형태로 제공됩니다. 회사는 몇 명이 무엇을 했는지를 보며, 누가 했는지는 보지 않습니다. 이용자의 광고 식별자나 앱 인스턴스 식별자를 회사가 전달받지 않습니다.
앱에는 오류 보고 SDK 가 없습니다. 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진은 수집하지 않으며, 게임 내용도 수집하지 않습니다 — 어떤 카드도, 손패도, 수도 기기를 떠나지 않습니다. 앱은 기기의 위치를 읽지 않으며, 위 대략적인 위치는 IP 주소로 추정하는 것입니다.
사용 통계는 설정 > 개인정보 > 사용 통계 보내기 에서 언제든지 끌 수 있습니다. 끄면 수집이 즉시 중단되고, 기기에 저장된 통계 데이터가 삭제되며, 앱 인스턴스 식별자가 재설정됩니다. 법령상 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 이용자가 직접 켜기 전까지 꺼진 상태로 둡니다(제8항).
다음 정보는 앱의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 화면 언어, 기본 보안 레벨, 모션 줄이기 설정, 사용 통계 스위치에 대한 이용자의 선택.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다. 안드로이드 시스템 백업이 켜져 있어 기기가 이 정보를 이용자의 구글 계정에 복사하고 새 기기에서 복원할 수 있으며, 해당 전송은 이용자와 구글 사이에서 이루어집니다.
앱이 화면에 쓰는 글꼴과 이미지는 앱 안에 함께 들어 있습니다. 외부 CDN 에서 내려받지 않으므로 그로 인해 나가는 요청은 없습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 제2항의 정보는 위 SDK 들을 통해 수탁자인 Google LLC 가 처리하며, 처리 기준은 구글 개인정보처리방침(policies.google.com/privacy) 및 광고에 관하여 「구글 서비스를 사용하는 사이트나 앱에서 수집한 정보의 이용 방식」(policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)에 따릅니다. 사용 통계는 Google Analytics for Firebase 약관(firebase.google.com/terms/analytics)에 따라 처리됩니다.
법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
구글은 이 정보를 미국을 포함한 이용자 거주 국가 외의 지역에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 이전은 구글이 공개한 개인정보 보호 문서에 기재된 보호조치에 따라 이루어집니다.
회사는 이용자 정보를 담은 자체 데이터베이스를 보유하지 않습니다. 구글 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 구글이 공개한 보관 기간과 해당 구글 콘솔에 설정된 보관 기간에 따라 보관됩니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관되며, 사용 통계를 끄면 기기에 저장된 통계 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하거나 처리에 반대할 수 있으며, 데이터 이동을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 neoncities@lilacrepo.com 으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
iOS 에서는 앱을 처음 열 때, 다른 회사의 앱 및 웹사이트에 걸친 이용자의 활동을 추적해도 되는지 묻습니다(앱 추적 투명성). 허용하지 않아도 광고는 나오되 맞춤 광고가 아니며, 게임 진행에는 영향이 없습니다. 답은 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 에서 언제든지 바꿀 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 광고 맞춤설정을 해제할 수 있습니다(안드로이드: 설정 → Google → 광고, iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적). 사용 통계는 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 > 사용 통계 보내기 에서 끕니다.
이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 진정할 권리가 있습니다.
맞춤 광고를 위해 광고 식별자를 광고 제공자에게 제공하는 행위는 일부 미국 주법에서 개인정보의 "공유" 또는 "판매"로 취급될 수 있습니다.
회사는 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개인정보의 대가로 금전을 받지 않습니다. 거부를 원하시면 기기 설정에서 광고 맞춤설정을 해제하거나, 앱의 설정 > 개인정보 > 사용 통계 보내기 를 끄거나, 제13항의 연락처로 요청해 주십시오.
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 구글 플레이에 신고한 타깃 연령층은 13세 이상이고 광고·통계 SDK 도 그에 맞게 설정했습니다. 회사는 아동의 개인정보를 인지하여 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 제공한 것으로 판단되는 경우 연락 주시면 조치하겠습니다.
앱이 직접 선언하는 권한은 인터넷 접속과 진동 둘입니다. 인터넷 접속은 광고와 사용 통계 전송에, 진동은 설정 > 소리와 진동에서 끌 수 있는 진동 피드백에 사용합니다. 빌드 과정에서 구글의 광고·통계 라이브러리가 네트워크 상태, 광고 ID, 안드로이드 광고 서비스 관련 권한, 플레이 스토어 설치 유입 정보 읽기 권한 등 설치 시점 권한을 추가합니다. 이들 권한은 실행 중 이용자의 승인을 요구하지 않으며, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 기기 위치에 접근하지 않습니다.
수집하거나 전송하는 것이 달라지면 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신하고 아래 시행일도 함께 바꾸며, 앱 업데이트 설명에 함께 적습니다.
